Responsibilities:
- Assisting the administrative personnel (Board of Members, Director), doing tasks which are given by them within the legal structure
- Organizing the office, arranging the meetings and appointments, helping about legal requirements and regulations
- Translating from English and assisting to the administrative personnel to communicate with employees, officials etc.
- Helping about simple documentation and accounting, logging or processing bills or expenses
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English language
- Basic documentation knowledge
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
