We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing office operations, verifying documents, and assisting with applications submissions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks. This person will be comfortable working with people and be proactive, hardworking, efficient and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company or regulatory requirements
- Assist with preparing, filling out, and submitting forms accurately and on time
- Providing an efficient and quality reception service and answer general queries by telephone, email or social media
- Assisting in organizing company events
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available
Qualifications
- University Degree preferably in Linguistics, Economics, Business or Organizational Sciences
- Knowledge of English is mandatory
- Warm personality with exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Internet and social network enthusiast
- Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
