We provide recruitment and selection services under our brand Wyser.

On behalf of our client, an international spinning company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Prijepolje: Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Supplier

  • Collecting DDT Suppliers + Invoices
  • Check Supplier invoices + get approval
  • Sending all supplier invoices to External Advisor
  • Sending/preparing invoice to be paid to Holding

 Import

  • Relationship with custom office
  • Payments to custom office

 Customers

  • Issue facon invoices to customers
  • Relationship with forwarder
  • Exportation proof

Various

  • Cash/employee expenses
  • Reception/Mail opening/
  • Waste documentation
  • Stationery

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience 
  • Excellent command of the English language- and Italian language would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong PC software skills: MS Office
  • Proactive and dynamic attitude
