We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the management team by providing secretarial functions where appropriate,
  • Handle Turkish – English and English – Turkish translation processes,
  • Provide language support in meetings and correspondence
  • Manage office organization and documentation processes
  • Regularly attending Management meetings and preparing meeting notes
  • Country Manager calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Support Country Manager in all business activities and coordination with all responsible departments
  • Provide full administrative support in the Country Manager's administration, follow up together with the payroll department

Qualifications

  • University bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English at an advanced level,
  • Preferably experienced in translation or administrative assistance,
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
