Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department. Your responsibilities will include managing daily administrative tasks, assisting with financial documentation, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Managing day-to-day administrative and office tasks
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents, reports, and presentations
- Providing administrative support with courtesy
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Perform data entry with a high precision
- Preparation and processing of business documentation
- Maintaining effective communication within the office and with clients
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's and/or master's studies
- Advanced knowledge of working on a computer
- Experience in similar jobs is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the English language for direct communication with clients in the United States
