Administrator - Supply Chain Finance

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team in an entry-level role of Administrator in Supply Chain Finance. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Proposes, develops, implements, and monitors business processes and activities, ensuring timely execution in line with defined deadlines.
• Actively participates in all phases of the Rolling Estimate and Business Planning processes.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at improving reporting systems and optimizing processes within financial controlling and analysis.
• Provides administrative, technical, and logistical support to help achieve defined process-related goals.
• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of requests/orders in internal systems, in accordance with company procedures.
• Establishes open and constructive collaboration with team members, colleagues from other departments, as well as external partners and stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and continuous improvement of work processes and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree (Economics).
• Experience in similar junior roles will be considered a plus.
• English language proficiency.
• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
