Who You Are

• You’re qualified to practice law in Serbia
• You have at least 3 full years of professional legal experience
• You’ve handled complex legal matters independently
• You’re fluent in Serbian and English (spoken & written)
• You lead by example, solve problems, and keep promises

Bonus points if you have in-house experience or exposure to regulatory, public, or commercial law.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll join a dynamic legal team advising local and international clients across multiple legal domains — public, commercial, regulatory, compliance, litigation, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic legal advice with high impact
• Lead and manage your own portfolio of legal work
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Collaborate with colleagues on multi-specialism projects
• Ensure legal compliance while enabling business growth
• Support ongoing client litigation matters (when needed)
• Train clients and colleagues to raise legal awareness
• Influence, persuade, and communicate clearly across all levels
