About the Company:

We are a dynamic and growing team within the MENA BT division, focused on expanding our presence in the Middle East and North Africa. Our team of 6 professionals has a collaborative spirit and we are looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to join us in our Belgrade office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new team and play a key role in building our affiliate network in a high-potential market.

About the Role:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the search, attraction, and management of affiliates (webmasters, bloggers, community owners) in the MENA region (UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar). You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong partnerships, driving traffic, and achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Acquisition:

  • Search and attract new partners (webmasters, bloggers, community owners) in the MENA region.
    Identify and utilize effective channels for partner recruitment (social networks, forums, affiliate platforms, Telegram, YouTube).

Partnership Management:

  • Negotiate and present cooperation terms, clearly explaining how partners can earn through referral links and promo codes.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, including assistance at all stages, answering questions, and offering training.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics (number of clicks, registrations, deposits).
  • Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Optimization:

  • Test new affiliate acquisition channels and optimize marketing materials to maximize effectiveness.

Goal:

  • Create and develop a robust network of partners who will drive new user acquisition through their resources.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince partners to join our program and clearly explain the terms of cooperation.
  • Proven ability to search and attract partners through various online channels (social networks, forums, affiliate platforms, Telegram, YouTube).
  • Excellent skills in handling objections, addressing questions, working with doubts, and motivating partners.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and track key metrics (clicks, registrations, deposits).
  • Proficient business correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in messengers and email.
  • Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, including understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
  • Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to understand traffic sources used by partners.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in traffic arbitrage.
  • Understanding of the specifics of the MENA region, including local laws, payment methods, and cultural nuances.
  • Knowledge of popular payment systems (Binance P2P, Urpay, STC Pay, Skrill, ePayments).
  • Content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging texts to attract partners (posts on Telegram, Instagram, email newsletters).
  • Skills in working with chatbots to automate partner acquisition through Telegram bots.

Languages:

  • Minimum: English B2+ (CEFR)
  • Ideal: English B2+ + Basic Arabic (A2/B1)
  • Bonus: English C1 + Arabic B1 + French/Hindi A2

  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Internship: 7 days
  • Probation Period: 2 months

Salary:

  • 900 EUR during probation
  • 1000-1500 EUR after probation (depending on results)
