What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and performance.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize affiliate performance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage partner relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms and agreements with partners.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
