About us
As a rapidly expanding international company dealing with worldwide clients, we are seeking for proactive individuals to join our amazing team.
Responsibilities:
- Need to handle live traffic from affiliates
- Conducting warm and cold calls to help develop new affiliate relationships
- Manage a team of Affiliate Executives, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
- Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue
- Seeking and developing new affiliate relationships
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
- Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
- Working closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue
- Auditing new publisher accounts and domains for quality
- Understanding and negotiating terms for insertion orders/contracts
- Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows
- Maintaining daily interaction with numerous affiliates via phone, Skype, and email
- Handles integrations from agent side along with tech team and affiliate, and simply act as their account manager in the company daily
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
- One year of affiliate managerial experience (preferably in the online industry)
- Strong team management and partnership management skills
- Knowledgeable of Excel
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities
- Strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry concepts and terms
- General/cursory knowledge of HTML/JavaScript is a plus
