Job description
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
- Track and Trace Shipment Files daily
- Scan and validate documents
- Timely responses to emails and voicemails to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
Position requirements
- 1 year of verifiable experience in logistics in USA - Operations desirable but not mandatory
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong client and service orientation
- Work with little or ono supervision, and work well in a team setting
- MS Office proficiency
