After-Sales Executive
Subaru SCG d.o.o. is recruiting an After-Sales Executive to join our operations in Belgrade, Serbia.

The Position/ Role
The After Sales Executive will play a central role in developing and managing Subaru’s after sales operations in Serbia. This is not a retail role, but a strategic and operational position within the importer organization, requiring a high level of independence in the workplace, due to the small company size. The successful candidate will oversee dealer network readiness, provide training, ensure compliance with Subaru global standards, manage spare parts ordering and invoicing, and drive initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Dealer Network Readiness & Trainings
• Monitor and assess dealer after sales operations to ensure compliance with Subaru’s standards.
• Deliver technical and non-technical training to dealer staff.
• Obtain manufacturer certifications by completing required exams and cascade knowledge to the dealer network.
• Conduct dealer audits and readiness evaluations to maintain consistent service quality.
• Spare Parts & Logistics
• Manage ordering, forecasting, and stock levels of spare parts to ensure timely availability.
• Create retail and wholesale price list of spare parts
• Oversee parts invoicing, pricing policies, and order fulfilment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate distribution to the dealer network, minimizing vehicle downtime.
• Campaigns & Warranty matters
• Organize and monitor manufacturer campaigns, recalls, and service actions.
• Ensure warranty processes are executed in line with Subaru policies and support dealers with complex technical cases.
• Develop and implement a local after sales strategy to raise operational standards and customer satisfaction.
• Track KPIs, analyse customer feedback, and guide dealers toward performance improvement.
• Align importer strategy with Subaru’s regional and global objectives.
• Promote long-term customer retention through consistent service quality and brand representation.
• Handle and manage all matters related to homologation of vehicles and spare parts
• Study about the competition and competitiveness of the Subaru After-sales overall in the market
• Communicate with Suppliers, Dealers, Governmental and other key interest groups to support the After Sales operations of the Distributor.
• To have a professional manner in all contacts and act with “corporate Intelligence”
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in after sales or service management, preferably within an automotive importer or OEM environment.
• Strong technical and operational understanding of service, spare parts, and warranty processes.
• Experience with invoicing and administrative procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach dealer staff.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a lean organizational structure.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Serbia and abroad for training.
• Must successfully pass and maintain manufacturer certification programs.
• Contractual requirement: minimum 5 years obligation of continuous employment.
