
As a customer service agent, the role involves ensuring efficient order processing and coordination across various departments while maintaining accurate data, supporting timely deliveries to affiliates, and managing related inquiries in SAP.
- Timely and accurate processing of orders in SAP (including maintenance of data)
- Monitoring delivery dates to Stada AG in collaboration with ESO procurement, planning, and production sites.
- Coordination of deliveries to affiliates in partnership with logistics, focusing on timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Contact for affiliates regarding confirmation of delivery dates, order status, shipment inquiries, master data issues, pricing inquiries, and export documentation
- Support in ensuring materials are ready for order, verifying the status of graphic solutions, regulatory status, quality status, and product availability
- Creation of accounting approvals and entries in SAP
- University degree in social sciences or IV level of education with at least 3 years of work experience in the same/similar positions
- Fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP is a plus
