Alpapartments Management AG is a Swiss company that has been successfully engaged in hotel and catering business, as well as real estate publishing for years. The company owns several tourist facilities in Switzerland whose purpose is long-term or short-term lease, and which are digitally managed through the AAconcierge application.
For the representative office in Serbia, we are looking for a new member of our team for the position of Technical and Customer Support Agent (m/f)
Beginning: December 2021
Your responsibilities:
- Guests advice and support with booking requests or problems during their stay, either in writing via the app or verbally in a conversation
- Creating invoices
- Monitoring bookings
- Data entry of texts and other office work
- Staff management of one or two employees in Serbia, who will support you in your work
We require:
- Work experience in the hospitality sector
- Good skills in the work with computers
- Creative and innovative in finding solutions
- Fluent in English and German (C1)

- For training purposes, you will spend December and January 2021/22 in Switzerland, fully paid (plus lodging and free food), where you will get to know the different companies and be trained
