CRADDOCK Inc. is seeking to recruit the services of an Air Condition Foreman to work on a rotation basis in Libya. The successful candidate will be based in a desert location and will be working for one of our clients in the oil and gas industry.
As an Air Condition Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising the operation, maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration devices and equipment.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to oversee technical issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning
- Knowledge of developing and improving the performance of air conditioners according to the requirements
- Ability to adjust the air conditioners according to the required temperatures
- Knowledge of developing technical specifications for air conditioning and refrigeration devices and equipment to be utilized
- Experience to propose the necessary repairs for faults that affect the efficiency of operation
- Ability to carry out periodic visits to the operating sites and carry out the necessary maintenance for the equipment
- Ability to prepare periodic reports on air conditioning and refrigeration devices and equipment
- Commitment to the safety responsibilities and instructions specified in the Safety Manual
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Air Conditioning Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field (preferably in the oil and gas industry)
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
