Superior: R&D laboratory and analytical supervisor

Accountabilities:

• Performs routine analysis using LC-MS/MS and GC/MS.
• Develops new methods for LC-MS/MS (mycotoxins) and/or GC/MS (essential oils) and does a sample preparation for the required methods.
• Writes standard operating procedures for new analytical methods.
• Maintains and calibrates laboratory equipment daily.
• Writes test reports to the clients.
• Performs laboratory service cost estimation.
• Participates in various research and projects together with research & development managers.
• Contributes to the development of innovative ideas for new products and laboratory methods.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or related fields.
• Computer literacy (Windows, Internet, MS Office).
• Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driving licence B category.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the operation and routine maintenance of LC-MS/MS and GC/MS systems.
• Previous laboratory experience (e.g. sample and solution preparation, handling of laboratory equipment).
• Knowledge and experience in the field of chromatography, especially GC/MS and LCMS/MS.
• Understanding and application of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
