Application Support Officer

IT Division, Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of e-banking, m-banking, ATM, POS and Visa/Master/DINA Cards solutions
• Validate the application’s functionalities developed by the vendors using backend and frontend of these applications
• Working closely with developers (internal and external vendor) and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Design and provide any kind of reports related to e-channels applications
• Responsible for analyzing solutions, integration and implementation of new services and follow up their life cycle
• Support banking application projects related to e-channels applications
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or other equivalent
• Relevant experience in IT, ideally within a financial services environment
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and some experience with SQL (PLSQL Developer or SQL Server Management Studio)
• Knowledge or experience of programming languages and algorithms would be an advantage
• Proficiency communication skills in English, verbal and written
• Experience in working with Jira and confluence would be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision
