Architect

Power Construction Corporation of China Limited Ogranak Beograd is publishing a job announcement for position of an Architect.

Location: Construction site Surčin, project National Football Stadium 

Responsibilities:

Engaged in the technical management of architecture construction, including but not limited to the following:

Preparing, reviewing and signing technical documents, such as design documents (reviewing), ITP, method statements,  etc.

Progress, quality control management;

Participating in relevant meetings between employer, FIDIC engineer, site supervisor and subcontractors;

Communicate effectively with the employer, FIDIC engineer, site supervisor and subcontractors regarding the work needs;  

Organization and completion of the daily architectural management, inspection and acceptance works; 

Job requirments: 

At least 5 and more years of experience in architecture construction and technical management (the  candidates with many years of experience have an advantage during selection);

Familiar with European standards and Serbian standards of architecture;

Good communication and writing skills in English and Serbian;

Proficient in reading architecture drawings, skilled at office software, and able to operate AutoCAD drawing software;

Qualifications:

Architecture engineering license (No. 421M (400), AI 02-01) issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers) with extensive experience in architecture construction and technical management;

Valid driving license.
