The Role: International Area Loss Prevention Specialist
We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe's three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”.
Job Description:
- Searches for reasons behind the losses in stores of the area under responsibility,
- Does routine store visits in the area and suggests specific actions, follows up said action plans, reports on the status of action plans,
- Does detailed observation in stockroom and cash register areas,
- Investigates suspicious cases which may lead to losses,
- Makes sure procedures and action plans for loss prevention is applied and checks if Loss Prevention equipments are in place and working,
- Helps in preparing and updating Loss Prevention procedures and guidelines, if necessary plans and executes trainings in the stores,
- Participates in inventory checks of critical stores and analyzes inventory check results of every store in the area of responsibility,
- Checks product health, makes sure alarm procedures are applied, reports discrepancies and takes preventive actions in stores.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Language Skills
- Minimum University Degree
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
Professional Expertise
- Preferably minimum 1 years of retail experience,
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions,
- Highly knowledgeable of MS Office programs,
- Detail, system and orderly work oriented, analytical thinking,
- Team oriented, effective communication,
- Able to take quick and objective decisions,
- No travel restrictions.
