Area Manager
The role:
Reaching sales goals and enabling business stability through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies of the company and managing the sales team in a particular area (setting goals, planning and monitoring their work, educating and motivating the team, analysis of team results).
- Plans, coordinates and monitors the implementation of the local sales strategy in a particular district and provides feedback to superiors on the effectiveness of the implementation of the sales strategy;
- Monitors sales results and predicts competitors' activities, analyzes market data (IMS, CRM and participate in the development of sales strategy together with the sales director, marketing department and general manager);
- Coordinates the implementation of the national sales plan and is responsible for sales results in the assigned district, controls and analyzes P&L for its team (sales results and sales costs in accordance with objectives);
- Monitors and improves the work of sales representatives in assigned district: goes on double visits to sales representatives, observes, evaluates and gives them feedback to improve their performance;
- Develops partnerships with KOLs;
- Makes decisions regarding the management of the sales representatives team and the organization of their work;
- Decides on the conditions of business cooperation with pharmaceutical chains.
The successful applicant:
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy or dentistry;
- 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions;
- Developed people management skills;
- Developed business awareness, strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Very good organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Driver's license B category;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Good use of MS Office package.
