By joining our team as an Area Sales Manager, located in Belgrade, you will have an important role in managing sales activities and expanding our market share in Serbia. You will be fostering strong relationships with customers with the aim to grow business and promote our innovative lighting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of Outdoor Public Lighting (OPL) and Industry sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth.
- Developing and implementing professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance with Country Manager.
- Effectively selecting and managing key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions.
- Establish new as well as developing existing customer networks with the aim of building long-term relationships.
- Developing broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development.
- Taking ownership of the personal sales budget and delivering specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives.

- You have understanding of the lighting, industrial, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
- You have great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and curious mindset with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
- You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Serbian language and mandatory very good English skills.
