Artwork Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region.  Position of Artwork Specialist is involved in adjusting and making more visually appealing and informative labels & declarations and layouts for numerous products within our Haircare, Coloration, Hygiene and Skincare categories. This position requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Coordination of design preparation phase and product packaging adaptation based on product samples received from the international development teams for products to be (re)launched on the market.
• Mediating between several departments within the company (Marketing, Legal, Scientific, Supply Chain and international teams and factories) for the timely completion and validation of the design.
• Collaborating with local designers and translation agencies on a daily level.
• Communicating regularly with factories in order to ensure timely approval of DOCs within defined deadlines.
• Preparing product labels layouts and organizing their production in cooperation with Product Managers and Physical Distribution department.
• Optimizing costs and processes related to local product layout adaptations & developments.
• Regularly maintaining the database containing list & status of all Artworks and label layouts used within the CPD portfolio.
• Organizing and executing trainings to newcomers in marketing when it comes to processes and tools used in product design preparation /validation phases.
• Following up on Scientific Regulations and Artwork adjustments to meet the criteria.

• Has up to 2 years of similar experience
• Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
• Has excellent computer skills (Excel, PDF)
• Is Fluent in English language
• Has excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
• Is able to handle complex tasks and works well under pressure
• Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment
• Is passionate, business-driven & client-oriented
• Has an analytical mindset
• Is a digital savvy person
• Works with responsibility & autonomy and is good team player
