The COMPANY

An established, investment company located in Zurich with a strong focus on international clientele is looking for a highly dynamic individual to fill in the position for a full time Personal Assistant for our group members in Serbia and supporting team in Switzerland.

Our group in Serbia operates as supporting partners for various businesses in the group: welth management (www.aspermontcapital.ch), real estate(www.aspermonthome.com), digital marketing & IT (www.aspermontmediatech.com). Also we support non-profit organization Click for Serbia (www.clickforserbia.org).

Due to increased business activities and expected future expansion, we are looking for a Personal Assistant, ideally with banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Managing Partner/Founder of Company, organizing and scheduling activities and manage team calendars
  • Updating contact list and work in CRM company solution
  • Managing the entire travel process on behalf of the Managing Partner
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls, and ensuring the Managing Partner is well prepared for meetings, organizing tasks such as marketing, recruitment,
  • Organize business trips for employees and clients
  • Organize company events
  • Administrative tasks
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international company
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in arranging daily business activities for senior management
  • Good Time Management, ability to multi-task
  • Flexible working hours
  • Preferably 3 years proven track record as Assistant at senior level, preferably in an international environment
  • Professional manner; discrete and trustworthy
  • Excellent MS Office and general administration skills
