ASSISTANT TO SALES ENGINEER

Job description:

• Regular daily support to sales engineers
• Supervision of the offer at the final stage, just before it becomes an order, by making corrective improvements, where necessary, at the final stage.
• Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Prepare proper documentation related to customer’s orders.
• Enter information about customer orders in our internal software.
• Cooperate with other departments and our factory so that our products can be produced according to customer’s requirements.
• Cooperate with the Planning Department and arrange the proper delivery time for every customer order.
• Continuous training in new products, new techniques and procedures for order management.

Job requirements:

• At least higher education in mechanical, technical or civil engineering or similar
• 1 + year of experience would be considered as an advantage
• Previous experience in lift industry or in construction companies would be an asset
• Proficient knowledge of English language is mandatory
• Excellent computer skills
• Driving license - B category
• Strong communication skills
• Customer centric mentality
• Responsibility, accuracy and good organizational skills
• Loyalty, team spirit and strongly developed work discipline
• Willingness to work in team and under pressure and to take over initiative
