ASSISTANT TO SALES ENGINEER
Job description:
- Regular daily support to sales engineers
- Supervision of the offer at the final stage, just before it becomes an order, by making corrective improvements, where necessary, at the final stage.
- Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Prepare proper documentation related to customer’s orders.
- Enter information about customer orders in our internal software.
- Cooperate with other departments and our factory so that our products can be produced according to customer’s requirements.
- Cooperate with the Planning Department and arrange the proper delivery time for every customer order.
- Continuous training in new products, new techniques and procedures for order management.
Job requirements:
- At least higher education in mechanical, technical or civil engineering or similar
- 1 + year of experience would be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in lift industry or in construction companies would be an asset
- Proficient knowledge of English language is mandatory
- Excellent computer skills
- Driving license - B category
- Strong communication skills
- Customer centric mentality
- Responsibility, accuracy and good organizational skills
- Loyalty, team spirit and strongly developed work discipline
- Willingness to work in team and under pressure and to take over initiative
