About the role
This is a remote full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours 10am-6pm CET Monday to Friday.
This is a key role within the People Team and is focused on the delivery of robust and high-quality services and support for our people, working in line with our recruitment and apprenticeship strategies.
You will be responsible for driving exceptionally high standards in line with our Wildly Important Goals, with ownership and accountability for ensuring all recruitment, and related, administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with our safer recruitment policy.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring the delivery of frustration-free recruitment services across the company focusing on and evolving the candidate experience.
- Supporting managers with a range of queries and ad-hoc training
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, tasks, etc.) for casual team members and potential apprentices
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine casual and Apprentice hiring requirements
- Managing our Apprenticeship recruitment by partnering with our Apprenticeship Provider (Inspiro)Scheduling interviews, completing offers in line with our safer recruitment processes.
- Contribute towards employer branding initiatives and maintain internal and external reputation
- Manage recruitment coordination and administration effectively and compliantly (posting adverts, scheduling interviews, updating PinPoint (our ATS), etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience at all times
- Work in collaboration with our wider People team to ensure the highest levels of rigour in relation to candidate compliance.
- Reducing risks by keeping us legal, safe, and compliant. Using mechanisms to inspect and quickly escalate and resolve as required.
- Ensuring the ongoing efficiency and integrity of our ATS, PinPoint and ensuring that it is being used to its full capability.
- Take on projects and ad-hoc tasks to support the growth of the team and business
- Complete all of your necessary administration to a high standard
- Working with curiosity to appropriately question, influence and advise to ensure the business assesses and understands the impacts of decisions on people.
- Role modelling the N values and ways of working.
- Sourcing candidates via a range recruitment channels (UK and Serbia)
- Managing queries via the careers inbox
- Managing recruitment in Serbia
- Reaching out to candidate pools on PinPoint (ATS) and Hibob (HRIS) to engage with candidates about current/ future vacancies
- Support with regular reports to track recruitment progress
Working experience requirements:
- Recruitment experience
- Experience of using an ATS such as PinPoint
- Knowledge of the early years sector and requirements
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience of using a variety of job boards for advertising

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally, with confidence to communicate with all stakeholders across the business and build effective relationships
- Excellent IT skills, competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other cloud-based systems
- Excellent time management skills and used to working to deadlines
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking and prioritising in line with business requirements
