Vorwerk Autotec is a global developer, manufacturer, and distributor of rubber bushes and bearings for automotive suspension components. To strengthen the Vorwerk Autotec team in Čačak, we are looking for a:
Automation Engineer
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Downloading of programming and starting of controls and drives for special machines and production units
- Analysis and diagnosis of devices and failures
- Preventive and regular maintenance of electronics and control elements (frequency regulators, temperature controllers, sensors, PLC, drivers)
- Repair cost optimization (proposed correction to the maintenance department or propose external support to eliminate the errors)
- Management of all business documentation
- Providing work reports to the line manager
- Organize employees training for work on machinery and equipment
- Support the machine parameters and the process definition
- Installation or cooperation in the installation of equipment and commissioning of equipment
- Overhaul and installation of individual automation assemblies
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation or Mechanical Engineering;
- Good knowledge of Siemens TIA platform, KUKA robots, PILZ, SICK safety concept, EPLAN;
- Minimum 2-year experience in a relevant field, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Well-versed with Office software;
- English language knowledge
