B2B Pricing and Compensation Specialist

Belgrade

Your responsibilities:

  • Owner of the sales compensation model (mastering model in details). Working on constant model improvements
  • Responsible for acquisition, renewal & retention monthly targets for Telesales, Sparta & Business Sales account managers in timely manner (beginning of ever month)
  • Define & monitor all other sales KPIs if necessary
  • Analyse sales performance & create various monthly reports
  • Collect, analyse & report on monthly/annual Sales realisation including handmade corrections of sales not properly processed by system
  • Take part in pricing processes for new tariff plans and devices
  • Create business cases: for new sales compensation models, B2B tariffs, devices

For the good start, you will need:

  • University degree
  • Preferable experience in Sales, Pricing, Analytics
  • Fluency in English
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Excel, R-language preferable
  • Establish trust & authority with account managers & Telenor management
  • Stable and robust personality
  • Timeliness and accuracy
  • Analytical skills
  • Creativity and ability to at all-time re-think pricing
