Telephone Operator/Purchaser for a German Real Estate Company - Dutch language

We are opening a new office in Belgrade and are looking for a dedicated and multilingual telephone operator/purchaser to join our team in Serbia and handle Dutch-language phone calls. If you have excellent communication skills in Dutch and Serbian, a passion for real estate, and are looking for a challenging and versatile position, you might be the perfect addition to our team.

Responsibilities:

As a telephone operator/purchaser in internal sales, you will be a vital part of our team and play a key role in customer service and business development. Your main tasks include:

• Actively and independently obtaining quotes and prices from service providers and partners
• Actively assisting and advising our clients over the phone
• Scheduling appointments by phone for our staff
• Taking orders and processing inquiries
• Maintaining and expanding customer and business relationships
• Preparing quotes and pricing
• Collaborating with the real estate team to ensure smooth order processing
• Conducting market and competitor analysis
• Supporting the development of sales strategies
• Participating in training sessions and further education to expand your knowledge and skills in procurement and sales

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative individual with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Fluent skills of the Dutch language (spoken and written) are essential
• German language - B2
• Very good knowledge of Serbian
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
• Passion for the real estate industry and a basic understanding of the Dutch and German real estate markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially on the phone
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
