Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner via telephone, email, chat and other channels;
- Manage databases using CRM to extract, input or review information;
- Reporting and monitoring of KPI’s, risk, billing and others tasks;
- Creation and optimization of processes and procedures;
- Coordination between different departments, partners and suppliers;
Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Proven working experience as Back Office Agent;
- Detail oriented and target driven personality able to perform under pressure;
- Proficiency working with CRM, Microsoft Office, and other technology tools;
