Back Office Assistant

Your task is to support the management in a project-oriented way by:

• Monthly conscientious project controlling for the billing
• Independent preparation of accounting, mail and invoices
• Service-oriented communication between our technicians, developers, our national & international customers and partner companies
• Work preparation for back office, projects , support around planning & appointment
• Purchasing & creating inventories
• Active office management and major organizational activities for various operation

Your challenges:

• Regular, independent call support for new and existing customers
• Independent and direct work with colleagues and clients
• Sending personalized documents by mail
• Creation of reports, evaluations and statistics
• Support and development of sustainable employees and customer relations
• Marketing & sales support, trade fairs and CRM Quality control, documentation and checklists

Your personal profile:

• Minimum of two years professional experience as project assistant
• Good language skills in Serbian & English
• Very good MS Office user knowledge is required
• Interest in technical activities and new innovative technologies
• Excellent handling with customers
• High team orientation, social skills, accuracy, punctuality and cooperation skills
• Excellent knowledge of German is essential
