Your Impact

As a vital part of our Sales Operations, your role will support and optimize the daily workflow of the sales team — helping us deliver a top-tier customer experience and seamless sales process.

You will:

• Manage and process customer orders: from preparing quotes to order confirmation and follow-up
• Create and organize loading lists for shipments
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Credit Control)
• Communicate with clients via email and phone on a daily basis

What We’re Looking For

You’re a team player who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments and has a knack for staying organized even when juggling multiple tasks.

Must-haves:

• A degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
• IT literacy and Confidence Excel
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Motivation, accountability, and a willingness to learn
