Sto, a global innovation leader of facade insulation and high performance coatings, is seeking a Back Office Support for our branch office in Beograd for a limited period of 2 years. This role is responsible for all administrative agenda to support our local sales team and is in regular interaction with our headquarter in Villach, Austria.
Essential Job Functions (includes, but not limited to):
- Office Management
- Invoice check in terms of content and correctness
- Receiving and processing customer orders and ensure coordination with Logistics
- Contact person for external and internal Logistics partners and Tax Consultant
- Maintaining customer conditions
- Invoicing and credit management in collaboration with HQ
Skills:
- Knowledge of business processes and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge on accounting, customs, transport and logistics
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work with diverse groups
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in Office Management
- English mandatory, German is a plus
- Organizational skills and “hands on mentality”
- Team player
