We are looking for a Backoffice Sales Support Professional to join our Digital Industries team. Please note that this is a maternity cover for approximately 15 months.

What part will you play?

You will complete a number of processes and activities during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals, sales orders and deliveries, concerning both sales and after-sales processes:

• Back office administration: creation of offers in SAP, administration and monitoring of offers and orders
• Internal reporting, communication with customers, close cooperation with the sales organization
• Preparation and reviews of customer orders / revisions to orders, incl. Ordering tools
• Reviewing customer orders and checking consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales, commercial or project management organization
• Initiating sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring timely shipment of equipment, both internally and towards customers
• Interface with factory/delivery centers to resolve all issues related to deliveries

What you need to make real what matters:

• A College or University degree
• Previous experience in administration or sales processes
• English language fluency
• Experience working in SAP will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Keen on setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals
