Banking Software Support Specialist

About your role
As Support Specialist in our Banking Support 1st Line Team, your will be involved in:
- Handling reported customer requests, providing appropriate level of customer support, maintaining regular communicate with customer during requests resolution process
- Analyzing customer request for Bi Card module
- Recording and updating additional descriptions and request solutions for later usage through knowledge base to contribute to the team knowledge and service improvement
- Creating test verification scenarios, testing of the solutions and simulations of the issues reported by the customers
- Preparing and conducting trainings for customers regarding usage of banking solutions
About you
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience within the area of Bi Card
- You hold university degree - economy field (preferable in finance, banking, informatics and quantitative finance or accounting)
- You have expertise banking processes
- You have experience in testing
- You have experience supporting and troubleshooting complex applications
- You are knowledgeable in regulations and processes in banking
- You have knowledge of Bi Card module
