QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Colin's family is growing in Serbia! After our Beo Mall, Ada Mall and Big Fashion stores in Serbia, Colin's continues to grow in Belgrade. We are looking for a store manager position for our new stores to be opened in Belgrade. If you think "a retail career at Colin's is good for us" and you have the following qualifications, you can apply for the Store Assistant Manager positions for our Big Fashion store.

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-5 years of experience in the field
• Preferably intermediate or higher level of English
• Experience in visual merchandising and retail mathematics (KPI)
• Customer Focus
• Ability to Motivate Your Team
• Teamwork
• Good Communication Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

To make sales in accordance with Colin's sales standards and in line with company targets, to create customer satisfaction and to ensure its continuity.
