Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Bid Specialist located in Niš, Serbia. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing, and communication.
Qualifications
- Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation skills
- Proposal Writing and Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the rail industry or project management is a plus
