- Develop, improve, and implement billing and invoicing processes in line with departmental strategy
- Design and optimize processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer invoices
- Manage and enhance payment and posting procedures

- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related issues
- Handle contracts and conduct negotiations with third parties such as printing houses, banks, credit card companies, and collection agencies
- Oversee the activities of external partners (e.g. printing houses, banks, etc.)
If you have:
- University degree (Technical/ Economy)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in managing people (line organization or project management)
- Deep Understanding of Telco Billing Processes and Systems ( knowledge of rating, invoicing, payment processing, collections, and dispute resolution specific to the telecommunications industry- e.g., understanding of call data records (CDRs), different tariff plans, discounts, and promotions)
- Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Principles: A solid understanding of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and relevant accounting standards (like IFRS)
- Data Analysis & Reporting Skills
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (Awareness of telecommunications regulations and data privacy standards related to billing and payments)
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
