Billing Specialist

We are looking for: Billing Specialist

Objective:

Provide a superior customer service experience through detailed, accurate, and timely billing and invoicing. Work with clients and fellow team members with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. 

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers after their car service has been completed
• Verifying and closing the company’s daily reservations
• Data entry in company's accounting system
• Accounts payable /Accounts Receivables / Invoicing
• Reconciling Driver Payroll
• Assisting with ad-hoc reports and special projects
• Reviewing data quickly and effectively, via multiple sources, to ensure accurate billing

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is a must
• 1-3 years related working experience in accounting, finance, or office environment
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of accounting software, such as Intuit’s QuickBooks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Self-starter with good organizational skills
• Above average proficiency with technology 
• Set up for a remote work environment with reliable, secure internet and ability to keep company information confidential
