Billing Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Billing Specialist for one of our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of invoices and receipts, working closely with customers, affiliates, and team members. Your responsibilities will include preparing and verifying invoices, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any billing issues promptly.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Account Services:

• Providing service to customer accounts within Finance and Billing.
• Meeting established performance goals and deadlines in compliance with company and client service level agreements.
• Maintaining accurate records within established systems and processes for assigned accounts.
• Performing necessary follow-up functions to meet client requirements.
• Resolving account issues as needed and communicating concerns regarding account activity to supervisors and management.

Invoice and Receipt Management:

• Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices/receipts for assigned clients, including both in-house and farm-out reservations.
• Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients.
• Updating payment methods as needed.
• Answering phone calls and responding to client questions regarding invoicing.

Compliance and Communication:

• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
