Responsibilities
- Initiating contact with prospective clients—hospitality venues, restaurants, and hotels to introduce the i-host platform and present the company’s value proposition.
- Coordinating and conducting on-site presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, with the objective of showcasing the platform’s capabilities and establishing strong, long-term business relationships
- Promoting the benefits of i-host and demonstrating its features to hospitality venues based (restaurants and hotels) in Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia
- Understanding every client’s pain points and issues they might be facing and provide consultation services as part of the sales process
- Closing deals and onboarding clients by providing training services, platform either on-site or remotely, ensuring the users maximize the value they get by using the i-host platform
- Handling requests from the users’ end, regarding the use of i-host via phone calls or e-mail, making sure that our customers remain satisfied and engaged
- Ensuring our partners remain engaged and loyal and that they renew our collaboration on a yearly basis
- Collaborating with our business development, account management and marketing teams with a goal to optimize the sales/on boarding process
- Performing business trips to the wider region of CEE and SE Europe, including Greece, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, if that’s needed
- Liaising with our Lead Generation, Product and Marketing teams to be aligned with the company’s and platform’s status
- Managing the customer base using the company’s CRM tool and arranging presentation using our appointment management system
