IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

• Present the bank's offer for individuals and legal entities in the bank's premises and at external locations
• Open current accounts of individuals and legal entities
• Opens and maintains deposit accounts of legal entities
• Operational support for the mCash service and cooperation with legal entities
• Receive and processes client requests for the bank's credit products
• Collect credit documentation from clients (including promissory notes that serve as security for loans) and sign loan agreements
• Knowledge the basic characteristics of all products from the Bank's catalog
• Manage, organize, plan, control and coordinate the work and activities of employees, as well as all work processes, in the branch, in accordance with the assigned tasks and job descriptions.
• Set individual goals for employees in accordance with the defined business plan and budget
• You will be obliged to know and apply in detail all valid normative acts, internal rules and procedures of the Bank as well as valid legal regulations in the domain of his business activities.
• Training of all client advisors and cashiers, transfer of experience, knowledge and constant support on the topic of natural and legal entities
• Perform tasks of preparing the working environment and cooperation with clients (administrative tasks and other tasks)
• Maintain business communication with relevant colleagues in the Bank's Head Office, adhering to the provisions specified in the code of conduct
• Contact clients who are late in settling their obligations to the Bank, takes necessary measures to collect claims
• Communicates with the central treasury for the purpose of receiving and handing over money and for the smooth functioning of the branch office
• Perform periodic and ad hoc controls in accordance with the Instruction on Control Mechanisms and the Procedure for Treasury and Cashier Operations
• Test internet, mobile and experience applications
• Participate in designing projects and processes of CRM solutions
• You will be  responsible for organizing the work and results of the people in his team. In doing so, you will applie the following management methods: -defines goals, -delegates tasks to associates, -monitors the results of the associates' work, -motivates employees, -develops the knowledge of associates, implements company rules

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Minimum completed secondary school in economics
• At least 2 years of work experience in banking/mobile banking/sales or similar positions
• Good knowledge of compensation models
• Good command of MS office
• Good knowledge of analytics of sales results
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Driver's license
