We are looking for a Broadband Coach to support development, delivery and quality follow up of sales coaching programs for retail sales representatives - with strong focus on broadband.
What we will expect from you:
- Implements on the job training to advance sales of broadband and digital televison
- Regularly adjusts the program implementation according to sales KPIs and best practices
- Supports retail representatives and shops to achieve targets and develops mechanisms for long-term success by continuously transferring knowledge and supervising sales behaviors
- Provides regular feedback along with action points to retail representatives in reference to sales methodology in both oral and written form
- Conducts tailor-made mini-coaching sessions and on-the job training
- Contributes with best practices to the design and execution of consumer and business segment developmental programs for new and existing sales employees, as well as to G2M e-learnings and battle system
- Collects feedback from internal and external customers, prioritizes the insight and shares it with relevant stakeholders
