Business Administrator

Heads Talent Solutions helps Microsoft Development Center Serbia get the best externally employed candidates. We are looking for Business Administrator candidates to join Microsoft team.

The Business Administrator role is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of a leader. This includes driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning and executing department agendas, driving the budget planning process, and managing workforce planning activities. They also maximize and extend the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader's strategy, conducting external engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor. They monitor the organizational health and drive the health and culture of the organization. Additionally, they ensure the continuation of business operations, drive strategy execution and/or leader alignment, and participate in a variety of special projects/programs and initiatives as needed. They may also be responsible for managing business metrics such as scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and contracts.
• Assist with staff management process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with IT services, HR and Bas from other groups.
• Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Required/minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science).
• 1+ year(s) of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
