Business Analyst - Telenor banka

Responsible for the analysis of business demands, change management process administration and coordination of activities within department.
Proposes solutions adjusted by key technical and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business analysis process
- Responsible for managing change demands, including the analysis and prioritisation and constant information of the business lines on demand status
- Management of change demands and consequences thereof from the point of solutions
- Change Management Process administration
- Proposes scenarios with solutions for the fulfilment of business needs and demands
- Prepares feasibility study so that the optimum solution could be determined
- Manages and proposes the development of business systems and service strategy
- Develops and continuously updates relevant procedures and documentation
- Other responsibilities relating to the assigned role of project manager or project analyst
For the good start, you will need:
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in IT / organization / telecommunications
- Good business understanding
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, IT and/or telecommunications
- Proven capability of efficiently multi-tasking under pressure while keeping the tight timelines
- Objective oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Fluent English
