About the role
This role closely mirrors an integrative consulting position at prestigious MBB consulting companies. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with numerous senior professionals who are former MBB employees. In this position, you'll tackle a variety of business challenges, utilizing your analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
You'll receive training in conducting thorough market research, crafting compelling business cases, and presenting your recommendations concisely and effectively. Your work will involve engaging with business stakeholders at all levels, from operational staff to C-suite executives, to understand and map out business logic, identify problems, and pinpoint areas for improvement. You'll also be designing solutions to address these challenges, ensuring continuous enhancement of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to develop solutions that meet business goals.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to design and implement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent academic record
- Active participation in extracurricular activities, such as participation in business case competitions is preferable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
