We have partnered with Hyundai Serbia, a renowned company in the automotive industry. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Applications Specialist to join their team in Belgrade. Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain business applications to ensure their efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify needs and develop solutions that support business goals.
- Work with suppliers to improve and fix issues in the business system.
- Test changes and new functionalities in business applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to business applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Train users and provide support in using applications.
- Manage installations, configurations, and maintenance of system and application software on users' computers.
- Manage and administer access rights within the information system.
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in business applications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- B2 level of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions.
- Experience working with business applications and software solutions.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze user requirements.
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Experience working with remote support tools (Any Desk, Team Viewer, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Independence and initiative in completing tasks and solving problems.
- Willingness for continuous learning and development.
- Preferred experience and knowledge of processes in the automotive industry.
- Preferred experience working with Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision) and Microlab Diglas information systems.
