Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and development of the high competent team dedicated to deliver superior customer service and experience
- Handling the process of performance and team development
- Lead, monitor and motivate agents to successfully deliver all tasks and targets on daily and monthly bases
- Provide new ideas and ways for improving existing working processes
- Implementation of defined activities aimed at securing optimum channel operational efficiency and profitability
- Assists management team and stakeholders related to key channel activities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
For the good start you will need:
- Minimum High school diploma, preferred bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills and excellent organizational capabilities
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience in Telecommunication and Customer Care department is an advantage
