Business Controller

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the annual company Budget
• Preparing and Monitoring Action Plans on materializing annual Financial Targets
• Controlling and Auditing all Cost Lines and related Processes and Contracts-Agreements
• Being responsible of Compliance with Company’s Policies and Rules
• Controlling Accounting Division
• Overview and control of Technical Operational Procedures
• Overview and control of Locations Operational Procedures
• Overview of Sales Processes and Performance

Requirements:

• University Degree (Economy degree is an advantage)
• Preferably 5 + years of relevant working experience
• Finance competences with business mindset
• Experience or affinity to lead smaller teams would be an asset
• Self-motivated and independent able to recognize new business opportunities
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy – MS Office package
