About the position
We are looking for a proactive individual interested in taking the lead of our sales activities on the territory of Serbia from the ground up. This is a full sales cycle role. Activities will include everything from defining the sales plan, identifying the market needs, setting up the CRM reports, prospecting and communicating with clients from the initial contact all with the goal of closing new deals, working in collaboration with marketing and communication department. Certain efforts will be also dedicated to post-sale activities and client’s documentation recuperation.
Our expectations
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of products and/or services
- Knowledge of the international transport sector, key players and its specifics
- Experience in business development and account management
- A good understanding of what a full sales-cycle role is
- Number-oriented attitude in sales
- Fluent in English language, knowledge in French would be considered as an advantage
- Team player willing to execute the vision of the company's management
- Active driver with a clean record
- Ability and readiness to travel across Serbia and other Balkan countries
- Respect of commitments and on-time delivery of documents internally and towards the clients

- Account management - responsible for your portfolio and providing clients with assistance that is reliable and promotes growth
- Analysis of market potential and individual client’s needs
- Development of suitable activities for achieving your sales targets
